The event focused on the employers of TA soldiers rather than the soldiers themselves, with the day being run by TA soldiers and designed to highlight the benefits of command, leadership, ethos and team spirit that is gained by being a member of the TA. .Participants were organised in to teams of six to eight and will navigate around nine stands within Raglan Barracks, ranging from command tasks to information stands with teams being scored on their performance with the winning teams to be awarded prizes..The day was also being used to focus recruiting, in particular, for potential officers and soldiers for 104 Regt RA and Army Cadet Force volunteers..For more information contact:..MEDIA OPERATIONS Swyddfar Wasg.Headquarters 160 (Wales) Brigade.
